Under 11

Sandbach 28 - Northwich 0 Sun 24 September 2000 Due to the ever growing squad at Under 11 (now reaching 30 players) we opted for a three way round robin with Northwich and our 'A' and 'B' teams. First up were the 'A' team against Northwich which resulted in a 28-0 win for Sandbach. Try scorers included Matt Smith, Pat Sherratt and Tom Whalley. After the two Sandbach teams had played each other (expected win for the 'A' team) the Sandbach 'B' team took on Northwich and came away with a creditable 0-0 draw. This team are really starting to improve and some of the established 'A' team players will soon be pushed for their positions.
